Base64 encode/decode library
Library for using Base64 encoding for sending binary files over mail, URL and other protocols that can't handle binary. I'm planing some sort of PHP/MySQL storage for games so you can store things on a server for others to download. For example you could create maps in your game and upload to the webserver for others to download and play.
This code is intended for GL Basic.
